We want your cat drinking happily — and you completely satisfied. If Pawira isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email admin@pawira.pro with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions. Once your item arrives back to us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Used fountains are accepted — we stand behind the 30-day trial.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective on arrival?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Lifetime warranty

Beyond the 30-day window, every Pawira fountain is covered by our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Email admin@pawira.pro any time.
