1. Our products

Pawira products are designed for household pet use. Please follow the included instructions; misuse or unauthorized modification voids the warranty.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are shown at checkout in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud. If we cancel your order, you are refunded in full.

3. Shipping & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; please inspect your parcel and report damage within 48 hours to admin@pawira.pro.

4. Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (30 days). Fountains carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding — belongs to Pawira and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawira's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
